Some information for your Mach-e rental!

We would like to offer you some information on the Mustang Mach-e - and to wish you safe travels!

The most reliable charging options for the Ford Mach-e include:

- Electrify America

- ChargePoint

- EVGO

Make sure you get the "DC FAST CHARGE" station - and charging to about 80% will be your fastest option.

For the Electrify America stations - simply plug in and charging will begin - will send an invoice when your trip is over.

Understanding charging levels:

Level 1: Plugs into a standard 120V outlet. Provides about 3 miles an hour to the Mach-e. Slow. (But reliable!) There is a Level 1 and 2 charger in the trunk.

Level 2: Needs a 240V outlet (typically for a dryer). Provides about 20 miles an hour to the Mach-e.

"DC Fast Charge": This is what you will use while you are on the road - it is the fastest option for you. Enter your destination into the BUILT IN NAV (NOT the Apple Car Play) and it will take you to a "level 3" (make sure that is selected in the options) and the car will warm the battery and prep the car for the fastest charge possible.
